It offers different grades of diamond dresser.The proper selection of single point diamond dresser depends on the dimension of grind hardness.And the price depends on the grade and weight fo diamond.Also we can make the products according to customer's drawing,samples or requestment.
Purpose: Obtain accurate grinding wheel surface and shape; remove passivated and uneven grinding wheel surface layer, and restore sharp and flat grinding wheel surface
Scope of application: In addition to diamond, cubic boron nitride grinding wheels, all other types of grinding wheels for ceramics, rubber, resin and clay.
Factors affecting grinding wheel dressing:
1. Diamond quality, size and wear resistance are selected according to the sand model and the accuracy requirements of the workpiece to be ground
2. The coolant is turned on, and there must be a certain pressure and flow;
3. There is a certain positional relationship between the installation of the dressing tool and the grinding wheel stroke. There should be no gap between the installation handle and the stroke guide rail.
4. The feed rate and speed are confirmed according to the model of the dressing tool and the workpiece to be ground
