How an umbrella is made?
An umbrella is made by hand during the assembly manufacturing process.
At the beginning of the process, you decide what your umbrella will look like and submit artwork to that effect.
The chosen umbrella model plus artwork is sent to the SUNFOO team for review. A flat layout is created for approval.
The order elements, including the pole, ribs, handle, and fabric, are purchased. Many of these items are kept in stock for regular jobs. More unusual customization elements have to be outsourced and can take a little longer than those kept in stock.
A pre-production sample is then created, and the panels are printed by the artwork and attached to the chosen model of the umbrella. Upon approval of the sample, the production of the whole order is created and packaged before being sent to your desired delivery address.

We have our designer. So you can provide AI, CDR, PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will take 5-7 days to prepare a sample.
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with the Pantone Matching System. So you can tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors or recommend some popular colors to you.
