DOING carbonization machine uses high-temperature pyrolysis technology to heat-treat biomass waste in an oxygen-deficient environment to decompose and release volatile compounds. What remains is a carbon-rich solid product called charcoal, which has a wide range of applications in industries such as agriculture, metallurgy and even energy production. Working process of DOING carbonization machine:Pretreatment stage: First, determine whether the raw materials need to be crushed and dried based on their particle size and moisture content. For raw materials with too large particles or too high water content, our carbonization machine will be equipped with a shredder and a dryer to perform preliminary treatment, which prepares for the subsequent carbonization process.
Carbonization stage: Raw materials of suitable size are continuously fed into the carbonization furnace through the feeding system. The heat source heats the carbonization host, and the raw materials are further dried, dehydrated and carbonized in the carbonization furnace. During the carbonization process, the organic matter in the raw materials gradually decomposes to generate combustible gas, charcoal,wood vinegar and other products.

Cooling stageļ¼The generated biochar needs to be fully cooled by the cooling system and then sent to the material yard or silo for packaging or storage. The main purpose of the cooling stage is to reduce the temperature of the charcoal, prevent it from spontaneous combustion, and ensure the quality and safety of the product.
In addition, our carbonization machine is also equipped with a flue gas purification system and a PLC control system, which are not only more convenient to operate, but also improve the safety and stability of the production process.
The products of carbonization machine:In addition to charcoal, the products of carbonization machine also include by-products such as combustible gas, wood vinegar, tar, etc., which are also of great value. Combustible gas can be used as fuel to heat the carbonization furnace or other equipment. Wood vinegar is rich in organic acids, phenolic compounds, etc., and can be used as a plant growth promoter, bactericide and water purifier. While tar contains a variety of aromatic compounds and is an important raw material in the chemical industry.
