1.Introduction:
Machine including raw material feeding elevator, gravity table, control box, seven air fan with motor, vibration motor, recycle selecting system, side conveyor belt. Machine vibration controlled by frequency controller, it can be adjusted suitable for different kind seeds. Seven air fan chamber supply wind, wind can be adjusted by manual handle, Each air chamber is equipped with a wind pressure gauge, Wind visualization. Cycle selecting part make sure cleaning rate higher than 99.8% Side conveyor belt improve machine capacity. Gravity table adopt aluminum alloy frame and food-grade stainless steel mesh surface. Gravity table is easy changed, different hole size suitable for big and small size seed. Machine install wheels, can move very easy. 2.Function:
The machine is widely used in seeds and agricultural byproducts processing. It's excellent in grain seeds, bean seeds and other seeds selection. It can eliminate inferior grain, moth bitten seeds, rotten seeds, black-powder disease seeds, seed with glumes, sand and stones among the seeds. After sifting,the produce quality, including weight per thousand seed, bud rate, cleanliness and consistency, will be greatly improved.
