Introduction:
Wood wools making machine can make the round log,wood plank,wood branch,scraps,twigs,branches into long and slight wood wools.The whole equipment is all-in-one machine which driven by two electric motors and covers small area, so it is suitable for small and medium-sized industry and self-employed business development.
The advantage of the machine as follow:
Stable operation,low energy consumption,high productivity,good economic benefit,conveniently use ,low maintenance,homogeneity and small place cover
Application of the wood wools:
Mainly used in package damping and decoration,such as wine,flower,ceramic,fruit and vegetable package filling. It also can be used as animal bedding in place of wood shavings.
Requirements Of Raw Material:
1) Shape: straight(round log or plank)
If there is a little bending in your wood, you can cut the bending point using chainsaws, then the bending wood become into two section of straight woods.
2) Size of feeding woods: 30-50cm in length, 5cm-18cm in diameter.
3) Moisture: 35-55%.
It is better to use the fresh wood (justly cutted). because the wood wools from fresh/wet wood have good quality. If raw materials is dry, you should immerse the woods into water for hours.When them is wet completely, it is ok for the wood wools making.
Notes:
1) Before making wood wools, we need to peel the barks from the logs firstly.
2) The experience confirmation standard for suitable moisture is that after logs are peeled of barks, the surface of wood is wet .
