Product Description
This series of hammer crusher also called hammer mill,is suitable for crushing various hard and brittle materials such as coal , limestone, brick, tile, etc. Whose compressive resistance no more than 150mpa and the moisture content less than 150%.
Working Principle
The motor drives the belt pulley and makes the rotor rotate in high speed, and the materials will be impacted by the hammer heads which installed in the rotor into the suitable sizes particles we need, it can do both dry and wet type crushing, widely used in cement, compound fertilizer, mine, metallurgy, construction building material, power plant, refractory material, quarrying and other industries, suitable for medium and fine crushing limestone, coal, charcoal, aluminum ore, chalk, gypsum and so on.
Working Principle
Big size material feed into the crushing cavity, then pile up on the specially designed middle shelf, the hammer head will rotates in the clearance of the middle shelf, impact the big size material into small pieces, the smaller material will fall down and further
impacted by the hammer heads, finally the suitable size material will be discharged through the arc-shaped grate plate on the bottom of the hammer crusher.
Application
It is widely used to soft hard rock and middle hard stone, such as soapstone, gypsum, calcite, fluorite, limestone, shell, glass etc.
