NSJ-22K double heads vertical belt sanding machine is a new generation of automatic sanding machine continuously developed by our company based on a series of products. It is designed in an integrated manner with a three suction sucker translation manipulator, and can complete two ditferent processes of sanding and automatic loading and unloading of workpiece. The machine adopts a Field Bus Control System and sanding process software independently developed by our company. The sanding mechanism and manipulator are equipped with servo motors with absolute value encoders, which are simple to operate and stable in performance. The process formula can be saved and invoked to facilitate the replacement of different products, saving secondary debugging time, and achieving large-scale automated sanding production operations.
