1.Automatic main stock feeding system:
This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring of helical spring auger,including main feed line and pan feeding line.
(1) Automatic main feed line:
Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
(2) Automatic pan feeding line:
There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which control motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

2.Nipple drinking system:
Main part of the system:filter,pressure regulator,nipple drinking line,lifting and suspension system,electric shock system etc.
Nipple for the system,use good quality engineering plastic for outer,for the inner,we use good quality stainless steel.All nipples are anti-rusting,services life over 10 years.Double-sealing structure,with good seal ability,can avoid leaking water and avoid to effect the chicken house for leaking.Valve rod is movable in 360 degree,it is suitable for all chicken to drink.
We also have Plasson alumunium alloy support tube drinking system and Germany Lubing alumunium alloy support tube drinking system.
3.Ventilation system:
Including ventilation fan ( 50'' cone fan and 50'' Axial flow fan,36'' cone fan and 36'' Axial flow fan) and air inlet windows.

4.Automatic environment control system:

Environment controller has:Israel Agrologic brand:T607,T610,T616 ,Image2 and Israel Retom brand AC2000Plus,Environment controller can control ventilation fans,cooling pad system,heating system,fogging system ,air inlet windows,curtain system.
Power control box has protection device can protect all motors and sensors.
5.Cooling pad system:
The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.
Cooling pad paramters:Thickness 100mm,150mm.Width 300mm,600mm.Height 1660mm,1960mm,2160mm.
6.Fogging system
It is effectively tools for cooling,damping,dedusting and disinfecting the house.
Including spraying and desinfecting system engine,fogging lines (spraying and desinfecting system accessories).

7.Heating system:
Heater type:Systel gas heater,DAMLY gas brooder,Remington diesel heater,etc.

8.Curtain system:
Up and down type curtains,better control poultry house temperature and reduced cold stress.
Peripheral anti-sway system,better sealing and overall stability.
The curtains are supported by galvanized pipes and are equipped with curtain clips for smoother lifting and better flatness.
PVC (around 500g) and PE woven fabrics,two kinds of curtain fabrics for you to choose.
