The structure ferature of the EFB rotary drum dryerThe palm fiber dryer mainly include feed inlet, heat furnace, filter cartridge, rotating cylinder, material conveyor, cooling cylinder and discharging port. The rotating cylinder, which is installed on the driving roller, moves in low speed depending on the motor and slow transmission. Feed inlet is in between the heat furnace and rotating cylinder and there is stir blade in the rotating cylinder. The baffle with a ostiole is on the connected place of the rotating cylinder and filter cartridge. One end of the filter cartridge is connected with the rotating cylinder. The inclination of the feeding pipe must be greater than the natural inclination of materials in order to make the materials flow into the dryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder with slight inclination with the horizontal line. The materials enter from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower ender; the two contact each other from opposite directions, but there are also circumstances that the heat carrier flows into the dryer body together with the material. Along with the rotation of cylinder, the materials run to the lower end due to gravity.
