1. No pin connection between Disc and stem
Stem through the valve plate, the use of hexagonal design of the clamp to drive the valve plate, is our unique design characteristics. This design prevents the stem from coming into contact with the medium in the line . And this structure makes the valve disassembly simple, just take out the circlip spring and then pull out the stem from the valve plate. Pinless butterfly valve Cv value is higher than other similar products, less turbulence, good pressure recovery.
2.Compatibility Top flange meets ISO5211 standard. Manual and electric actuator can be installed directly. Extended neck for all valves. The pipe insulation must be at least 50mm long. The standardized design allows our actuators (handle, gear reducer, pneumatic and electric actuators) to be mounted directly on the valve without support. Easy field installation, reduced error and height. 3.Disc design features

Shaft sleeve:Corrosion resistant PTFE valve bushing or copper bushing can absorb side thrust under heavy load
Valve shaft packing:Self-expanding Y-ring packing and O-ring double seal design, can ensure the absolute two-way seal.
