This machine is used to make high-strength corrugated paper and testliner paper with a weight of 70-120g/m2. This machine consists of a fourdrinier section, a pressing section, a drying section, a transmission section, a base section, a hood section, a paper winding section and a rewinder.
1.The wire part adopts a single fourdrinier structure with a wire length of 23000mm
2.The pressing section adopts four-roller three-press compound pressing
3.The drying section uses 31pcs D1800mm drying cylinders + 6pcs D1500VAC cylinders
arranged in groups: (1+3/3+3/3+6+8+sizing machine+10)
4.The sizing machine adopts an oblique type (Φ1105mm/Φ1100mm)
5.Finishing department adopts horizontal paper winder with automatic roll warehouse
6.The transmission part adopts sub-transmission and AC frequency conversion speed control
The paper pulp raw material can be used waste paper, recycling board, books, cotton, wood, straw, sugarcane, wheat straw, rice straw,bamboo, reed, and other raw materials, they will be deal with to become good pulp for making paper.
