Working Principle The working principle of the jaw crusher is based on the squeezing effect between the movable jaw plate and the static jaw plate. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the belt, causing the movable jaw plate to periodically approach and leave the static jaw plate, thereby squeezing, rubbing, grinding and other multiple crushing processes for the material.
The structure of the jaw crusher mainly includes the frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guards, toggle plate, toggle plate rear seat, gap adjustment screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc. Features include: Simple structure, easy to maintain and operate. The crushing ratio is large and larger materials can be broken into smaller particles. Stable performance, reliable operation, able to adapt to various harsh working environments
