FCM coarse grinding machine is mainly used for mechanical pulping of raw materials, such as grass, wooden materials, bamboo materials, it can replace the traditional slot-style pulping machine. The equipment consists of compound rotor, fly-cutter, bottom knife, pulley, slot body, motor, etc. Its working principle is that raw material enter the wringing cage through the feed inlet, with the interaction of the flying knife and the bottom knife, the fibers are extruded and wiping to produce a silk broom. By adjusting the gap between the flying knife and the bottom knife, the paper pulp of different degrees of dissociation can be dredged.
