2. Wear resistance: It has been determined that under the same working conditions, the service life of ceramic wear-resistant elbows is 5-10 times that of ordinary steel products of the same specification, reducing maintenance costs.
3. High temperature resistance: It can be used continuously for a long time within the temperature range of -196 ℃ -400 ℃.
4. Corrosion resistance: Wear resistant ceramics themselves are non-toxic and odorless, and have no special requirements for water quality. Ceramics have excellent chemical stability and strong corrosion resistance, and will not be corroded by corrosive media.
5. High pressure resistance: can withstand pressures up to 500 MPa.
6. Low wear coefficient: Under the same conditions, the conveying efficiency of the conveying medium can be increased by 2-4 times, and the unit wear of the conveying medium can be reduced.
7. Easy installation: Ceramic wear-resistant elbows can be directly welded or bonded to any required pipeline, making construction convenient and fast.
8. Long service life: Due to the excellent wear resistance and high temperature resistance of ceramics, their service life is extremely long.
9. Safe use: This product is non-toxic and odorless, does not corrode equipment, does not scale or clog, and is safe and reliable to use.
