The double knife block slitting machine is a machine used for processing coil materials such as aluminum and steel. These machines can cut metal coils to the desired length or width. It uses slitting knives to do this. This process is called slitting. This method, in which all kinds of metal materials are cut and processed with the help of sharp circular blades, is an indispensable technique for the steel industry. Compression force is applied for the slitting process. The tensile strength of the material is adjusted on the slitting machine and slicing is performed to the desired extent. The slicing machine first unrolls the rolled metal, then slices it, and turns the last sliced material back into a roll. In this final stage, the product comes out of the machine as a finished product.
