Centrifugal separation principle:
Centrifugal separation leverages the principle that liquid and solid phases with varying densities and insoluble characteristics in mixed liquids acquire distinct sedimentation rates due to centrifugal forces, fields to separate and stratify, thus achieving the effective settling of solid particles within liquids.
This purely physical separation method is employed in
liquid-solid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-liquid-solid separations, particularly when there is a minimal two-phase density difference or diminutive solid particles, where conventional gravity sedimentation falls short of meeting the requisite standards. The centrifugal separation method provides an effortless solution;it allows for seamless continuous operation, amplifies production capacity,enhances separation efficacy, diminishes labor intensity, and boosts production efficiency.
