High speed automatic PET bottle stretch blow blowing molding moulding machine Product DescriptionBrief introduction of water bottle blow moulding machine:"All-electric version" high-speed linear automatic blow molding machine is developed and produced by our company using advanced bottle making technology. The single-cavity capacity of the blow molding machine reaches 1800-1400 bottles/hour/cavity (≤0.60L bottle), which can meet the needs of customers with high production capacity. It is mainly used for the blowing of PET container bottles (cold blow mold) for drinking water, beverages, food, cosmetics, medicine, etc. This machine is equipped with automatic bottle preforms loading system, high degree of automation, stable performance and high speed. Separation of man and machine, reducing pollution sources and ensuring product quality. Working Principle of Blow Molding Machine (Nine Cavity)1. "Electric version" high-speed linear automatic PET bottle blowing machine consists of automatic preform unscrambling mechanism, automatic preform loading mechanism, heating system, stepping system, mold clamping and blowing mechanism, bottle taking mechanism and man-machine interface part of the composition.(1) The preforms of unscrambling machine arranges the messy preform tubes into nine groups and arranges them neatly, and sends them to the preform delivery mechanism waiting for the loading preform.(2) There is a detection photoelectric switch in the mechanism preform unscrambling machine, which controls the action of the preform delivery motor and separation preform cylinder: it is also the detection point of the preform channel shortage alarm.(3) The preform loading mechanism organizes the preforms neatly, arranged in a group of nine, and then drives the manipulator jaws on the heating head via the rotary cylinder.(4)The heating system heats the preforms inserted by the preform delivery mechanism at a constant temperature.(5) The heating channel of the preform is completed by 1 channels of 5 sets of heating boxes and 10 layers of infrared heating lamps. The temperature of each layer of the tubes is individually controlled and adjusted, and is completed by the man-machine interface.(6) After the preform heating step and the preform are heated, the mold is pushed forward, and the rotary servo motor is used to drive the step track to drive the preform to accurately position the operation.(7) There are 9 photoelectric tube detection photoelectric switches before the preform tube enters the blowing mechanism, which is to determine whether the preform tube also determines the action of the blowing machine.(8) After the positioning operation of the propulsion system is completed, the bottle preform blowing mechanism stretches and inflates the preform which has been heated at a high temperature.(9) The bottle taking mechanism is driven by the rotary cylinder to drive the manipulator jaws to remove the blown finished bottle from the heating head.(10) There is a travel switch after the bottle taking mechanism, which is the alarm and the emergency stop device after the bottle taking mechanism leaks the bottle.(11) The human-machine interface, that is, the touch screen, is the working platform of the operator's operating machine, and is divided into an operation interface, a monitoring interface, a parameter input interface, an alarm interface, and the like.(12) One blower machine equipped with a high pressure gas storage tank (60L) with a pressure of 40kg, one (27L), one low pressure gas storage tank (60L) with a pressure of 10kg, one (27L); The supply of gas is stable. It is equipped with an air filtration system to ensure that the air source is clean.
