Inspection well connecting pipe installation
1. The sequence of connection and installation of manhole base and pipeline shall start from the upstream section of the connecting pipe, and be installed in the sequence of well pipe well pipe, and gradually extend to the downstream branch pipe and main pipe.
2. The construction method of well seat joint and pipeline connection shall be consistent with that of pipeline connection of the same type of joint.
3. The connection of well seat and inlet pipe and discharge pipe needs to be changed. When reducing joint is used, when the inlet pipe diameter is smaller than the well seat interface pipe diameter, the top of the pipe shall be flat connected; when the well seat outlet pipe interface is larger than the downstream pipe, the bottom of the pipe shall be flat connected.
4. When the pipe adopts variable angle joint or spherical joint to adjust the slope, when the pipe diameter is 315mm, special tools shall be used instead of chain spanner.
5. For the installation of additional joints, special tools shall be used to open holes on the shaft wall according to the shaft size and the diameter of connecting pipes. The peripheral edge of holes shall be flat, and the installation of additional joints shall not be sloped.
6. During the construction with high groundwater level or rainy season, when the installation of pipeline (including inspection well) is completed (but the water filling test has not been carried out), technical measures shall be taken to prevent the well from floating
Introduction
The inspection well is set up for the maintenance of power supply, water supply, drainage, sewage, communication, cable TV, gas pipe, street lamp line, etc. of urban underground infrastructure, which is convenient for installation. Generally, it is set at the intersection of pipes, turning, change of pipe diameter or gradient, and every certain distance on the straight pipe section to facilitate the regular inspection of auxiliary structures.
The plastic inspection well is composed of well seat, well bore, well cover and plastic inspection well parts. Underground drainage pipes can be used for inspection shaft, such as PVC-U double-layer axial hollow pipe, HDPE hollow winding pipe, etc.
According to the number and angle of connecting pipes, there are initial well seat, through well seat, three-way well seat, four-way well seat, 90 degree elbow well seat, etc. In order to adapt to various drainage conditions, the plastic inspection well is equipped with internal and external diameter conversion joint, saddle joint, reducer joint, convergence joint, variable angle joint, etc. These spare parts and well seat are used together to guarantee the fluidity and sealing of the whole drainage system.

Scope of application
1) Plastic drainage inspection well projects for buried drainage pipes with an outer diameter of no more than 1200 mm and buried depths of no more than 8 m in the construction area (residential area, public building area, factory area, etc.), urban and rural municipalities, industrial parks, and old city reconstruction. Design, construction and maintenance.
2) Plastic drainage inspection well construction under general soil, soft soil, seasonal frozen soil and collapsible loess soil conditions;
3) Earthquake-resistant areas with a crack resistance of 9 degrees or less.
4) The ground load of the general lane is based on the total vehicle weight of 15t (back wheel pressure 5t); the ground load of the fire lane is designed based on the total vehicle weight of 30t (back wheel pressure 6t).
5) The groundwater level is designed to be no higher than 1.0m below the ground;
