PUL14 FINCM CNC Automatic Channel Steel Strip Steel Shearing Marking And Punching Machine 80mm*43mm*5mm-140mm*60mm*8mm
It is mainly used for customers to manufacture strip steel and channel steel components, and complete typing, punching and fixed length cutting on strip steel and channel steel. Simple operation and high production efficiency.

Machine Advantage: The main unit consists of marking unit, punching unit and shearing unit. The workpiece is clamped by pneumatic clamp and moves quickly for positioning. The workpiece is driven by servo motor and driven by gear rack, with high positioning accuracy. The transverse material path is composed of four chains with shifting blocks and frame body, and the chain is driven by motor through reducer. The discharge chute is composed of chute body and cylinder. After the finished workpiece comes out of the main machine part, it is rotated and sent out of the production line. The machine has three CNC axes: the movement and positioning of the feeding trolley and the up and down movement and positioning of the punching unit die. The computer programming is easy, and can display the workpiece graphics and the coordinate size of the hole position, which is convenient for inspection. The upper computer management is adopted, which greatly facilitates the storage and call of the program; Graphic display; Fault diagnosis and remote communication. Cooling mode of hydraulic system: water cooling.
