It excels at handling multiple products, even small quantities per batch, while accommodating variable processing parameters. The Ultra Shot® 60 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.
Efficiency
Taking the deburring & deflashing of rubber O-rings as example, one set of Ultra Shot 60 series cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is able to process 60kg of products per hour, and about 1.5kg per hour can be processed manually.
