SUNKKO 737G Dual Pulse Battery Spot Welding Machine is a smart 3-in-1 spot welder with excellent welding functions. It has a pulse and current display and supports accurate welding current and pulse setting. It can weld nickel strips within 0.05-0.12mm thickness. Controlled by a microchip and equipped with LED lighting function, suitable for battery pack welding and assembly in low-light environments.

2. Welding pressure adjuster, the welding pressure could be adjusted from 200g~700g to suitable for welding different thickness workpiece to obtain good welding spot.
3. Welding calibration control more precisely welding, more fastness welding spot. Line control foot pedal control, professional controlled foot pedal switch.
4. Fixed welding head enhanced output current structure to enhance welding effect. The output power is 1.3 to 1.5 times than the original power. 144 square plating alloy output welding arm to avoid resistance enhancement by oxide to affect welding effect.
5. LED Light function enhanced LED lighting version is easy to light the welding operation.

7. Mobile pulse spot welding pen for fast welding of huge power battery packs When the spot welding needles at both ends of the mobile spot welding pen contact the interface components, the spot welding workpiece is rapidly sensed and triggered to automatically trigger the spot welding workpiece. No foot switch control is required to achieve high-speed spot welding, effectively improving work efficiency.
