This electrophoretic coating production line can be used for coating automotive battery boxes:
During the project process, our company communicated the specific details of the project according to the customer's needs, designed the equipment size of each part of the production line according to the size of the site, drew drawings, continuously revised and adjusted, and finally completed the design of a complete electrophoretic coating production line. In the production process of the factory, it is carried out in strict accordance with the drawings, the product quality is strictly controlled, and the progress is constantly communicated. After the arrival of the goods, our company sent workers abroad to install and guide the use. After 6 months of installation and commissioning, the delivery was on schedule.
E-coating, also known as electrophoretic deposition (EPD), electrocoating, cathodic electrodeposition, and electrophoretic coating, or electrophoretic painting.
It is a process in which metal parts immersed in a water-based solution that contains a paint emulsion. An electrical current is used to attract the paint product to a metal surface.
