Spindle motor is of variable-frequency and variable-speed. Rotation speed of the cooker is adjusted as per variousraw material.Raw material can be fully cooked, serilized and extracted in the higher temperature and higher pressure condition, which then be completely decomposed into fat and flesh powder after drying, degreasing, crushing and other procedures. No loss of protein unlike steam heating which may bring in condensate.The oil is can be used as the industrial oil, feed oil and bio-diesel.The flesh powder can produce high protein feed and organic fertilizer, both of which have very high market potential.Its products are widely applied to agriculture, forestry, fisheries, animal husbandry, machinery and chemical industry etc.Machine base is of steel structure, removable and of convenient installation.

1. The batch cooker and hydrolyzer are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of national pressure vessel standard GB150-2011.2. The design temperature, design pressure and working medium not only meet the hydrolysis treatment of feather powder, but also meet the treatment of diseased animals and slaughtering scraps, so that the equipment has a wide range of performance.3. The heating method of the hydrolyzer and batch cooker are chamber interlayer and rotor pipe heating. The rotor pipe heating area extends to the stirring teeth, and the heating area is larger, thermal transfer efficiency is higher, the internal siphon design is reasonable, timely take out axis in steam condensation water, improve product quality and reduce energy consumption, this advantage to improve the product protein foundation, improve the added value of products, produce considerable economic benefits.4.The top of batch cooker and hydrolyser are designed with overpressure automatic and manual pressure relief protection device, and the exhaust and pressure relief pipeline is designed with three layers of standby pressure relief device to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment and ensure the safety of operators in the production process.5.The sterilization, hydrolysis and drying process is completed in the batch cooker and hydrolyzer, which avoids the tedious process of transferring materials into another tank to dry after sterilization and hydrolyzing processing, reduces energy consumption and investment cost, reduces the occupied area of equipment, and ensures no peculiar smell and material overflow.6.The flange of the hydrolyzer and batch cooker is designed with a material manual inspection device and a humanized design to facilitate the operator to detect the dry humidity of the material at any time to ensure the production of high value-added products.
