The double shaft shredder uses high quality sreel welding to eliminate stress treatment, overall machining, to confirm the machine stability in a long time.
Shafts
Use the high strength and heavy special steel, to provide a powerful driving force for cutting.
Rotary Knife/Fixed knife
Rotary knife uses special alloy steel, forging blank, precision machining, heat treatment and multiple freezing heat treatment technology, to confirm cutting perfprmance and service life.
Working Principle
Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-materiala is deter-mined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heards . Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficlency of shredding.
