Product Description
Cartridge Filter Production Machine is used for quantitative carbon loading of anti virus mask filter carbon boxes, and for ultrasonic welding of the assembly of the top cover cotton and the bottom box. It adopts a design of 3 turntables with multiple workstations, one output and one output; The assembly of the bottom box and compressed cotton is ultrasonic welded, and the assembly of the top cover and compressed cotton is ultrasonic welded. The carbon powder is manually guided into the large capacity stainless steel hopper box, and the quantitative cup is automatically pushed out to load carbon in a straight line. A pneumatic vibrator is used to ensure the stability and consistency of the carbon powder, and the operation is simple and convenient. It is equipped with a safety protective cover for safe use.

Our main products:
PP melt-blown nonwovens: We developed our own multiple electret charging technology, which combined hydro electret charging and static electret charging technology together. The multiple electret charging technology provide product much less filtration accessioin after years of storage. Together with our customized formula with electret master batch, patented high voltage charging equipment with special designed charging panel. The filter cloth has high filtration efficiency with lower penetration pressure and can keep stable electrostatic feature for longer time.
PBT melt-blown liquid filtration media: We have modified PBT raw resin so as to greatly improve its melting characteristics in the melt-blown process. It is regarded as an ideal fuel filtration media and widely used for oil filter in the car due to its high temperature usage and stable chemical property.
We produce melt-blown nonwovens which is mainly used as filter media in the application of air filtration and purification. We are specialized in melt-blown technology and have 20 years of experience in melt-blown nonwovens production. We developed our own electret charging equipment and electret master batch, adopting unique formula, to help with our nonwovens reach higher filtration efficiency and lower air penetration pressure. Our factory has five 1.6 meter wide automatic production lines for PP nonwovens material and two production line for PBT material. PP melt-blown nonwoven fabrics fit for middle to high efficiency filters, ranging from F5 - F9 standard to H10 - H12 standard. PBT melt-blown nonwovens can be used in the production of auto fuel and oil filters.
We can also source other nonwoven filter media from China supplier to meet your requirement of panel filters, bag filters, rigid bag filters and HEPA filters, if possible. For eg.
