The ploughshear mixer is a single-shaft compulsory mixing equipment. Several pieces of ploughshears are installed on the main shaft in dislocation and continuously, which avoids the mixing dead zone in the structure. When operating, the material in the mixer tank move following the direction of the continuous vortex centrifugal force generated by the continuously blending ploughshears, thus achieving scattering, dispersing, and fast mixing of material.
For special materials like fiber or some damp agglomerate material, the high-speed chopper can be installed inside the mixer tank to scatter and dispense these materials with a combination of ploughshear mixing agitators.
Characteristics
1. Products are designed according to the characteristic of raw and final product materials and manufacturing processes (i.e. Pressure requirement, the proportion of solid and liquid) to meet the requirements in driving devices, operability, leakproof areas, etc.
2. Different driving devices in various capacities, power, and output speed are options according to the materials, starting methods, and mixing methods.
3. Plough adopts removable design which could adjust the gap between plough and chamber wall according to different fineness, fluidity of the materials.
4. Different surface treatment are for option to strengthen the plough in hardness or wear-resistance, materials with high hardness also can be used to produce ploughs to meet the special operation conditions. Surface treatment includes surface carburizing/nitriding, heat treatment, tungsten carbide spray and etc.
Product Parameters
Equipment material: Various equipment materials including ordinary carbon steel, SUS304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless steel are available for users to choose from, meeting the hygiene, corrosion, and wear resistance requirements of different products.
Liquid addition: Liquid materials can be atomized and added to the mixer through spraying, ensuring even mixing after small amounts of liquid are added.
Heating and stirring: The mixer can be heated and cooled during the stirring process to meet the constant temperature requirements of various materials during the stirring process. The equipment can be designed for stand-alone operation, manual feeding, manual packaging and other functions; at the same time, it can also be designed for production line operation, automatic batching, automatic mixing, automatic packaging and other functions.
