one whole cron / maize grain is made up of hull, bran,endosperm and germ. and corn flour and grits is mostly come from endosperm. so to get pure and high quality,the production line need to remove hull, bran and germ,which called feedstuff /fodder. the end-produt from our maize milling machines, you will get:

CORN PROCESSING PLANT INTRODUCTION


The process line can be divided into four parts-------cleanning part-----degermiation---milling part-----packing part ----- controlling part




1. cleaning part

to clean out the middle and small impurity from corn. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, corn was bitten by insect and so on.Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening.this section is make the corn to prepare for millling part and to protect the machinery as well.
2. Degermiation

For corn grits and flour quality and long shelf-life, corn huller and degerminator is necessary before milling.

3. milling part

Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the corn and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill: mill the corn/maize to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour ,grits and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
4. after sale service
1. In 1~5 months after start of production, we will arrange the related professionals should assist and instruct the production and operation at the site.

2. The warranty period is 12 months after the date of acceptance.
3. In the warranty period, when receiving the notification (telephone or fax) for service supply requested by the buyer, we will reply within 4 hours, and meanwhile assign experienced technicians to arrive at the site within one week to provide service for the buyer.


FAQ

1. flour mill capacity?

we produce 40-2400t/24hrs, which means processing 40-2400t corn.

2. wheat, corn and rice normally can not producing on the same production line. because the wheat grain and corn grain has different physical property . some parts need different equipments. even the same equipments, the model is different.

3. flour milling design need to consider the corn using,local geographical conditions , climate,power type ,customer's request etc. so flour milling machine is different for customer from different country.
