1. The machine tool is a two axis (x-axis is transverse feeding of grinding wheel frame and z-axis is longitudinal movement of worktable two linkage CNC cylindrical grinding machine. The CNC system adopts international or domestic well-known brands. it has the functions of automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding, fine grinding, dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation and so on. With optional automatic measuring instrument, it can realize the full closed-loop function of grinding cycle.
2. The grinding wheel spindle adopts sleeve type or dynamic and static pressure spindle, the grinding wheel frame quide rail adopts steequide rail, the worktable quide rail adopts Flat-V plastic lubrication guide rail, and the servo motor ball screw is used to drive the feed mechanism and the worktable to move.
3. The main body of the machine tool is cast by cast iron, with a fully enclosed protective cover, a backpack type electrical cabinet in the rear and a rotary operation screen in the front.
