2MB4220-CNC double heads interior polishing machine is a new generation of digitally controlled polishing machines continuously developed on the basis of our series of products. The overall layout of the machine is a horizontal separate design, with two grinding wheels and a waxing mechanism in the middle, and two workpieces symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides. The main components of the machine are made of high-strength cast iron and high-quality alloy structural steel, and undergo a complete heat treatment process to eliminate internal residual stress and improve material mechanical properties, making the machine sufficiently rigid and highly stable, thereby obtaining strong cutting force, significantly improving production efficiency and polishing quality. At the same time, the control system of this machine adopts "high-speed field bus" technology, which can achieve high-speed and accurate polishing process control of the machine. This machine can form an automatic production line with models such as bottom polishing and edge polishing, and is mainly suitable for mass polishing production of inner surfaces of soup pans, frying pans, frying pans, and other products.
