APPLICATIONS
This equipment is mainly used to simulate the influence of the clamping force on the package through the splint operation, during the clip car
loading and unloading the goods.
The clamp plate of equipment can prefer the operation of clamping, opening, rising, faling and etc. Also it can achieve a cycle action.lt equips
with the load sensor and digital monitor, as to display the clamping force.

FEATURES
(I) Hardware features
1. The whole machine is composed of thickened square, channel and solid steel, which makes the machine have certain stability;
2. The appearance of the machine adopts baking paint spraying process, which has high anti-rust ability and beautiful appearance;
3. The use of pull-wire displacement encoder real-time feedback lifting height, to ensure the accuracy of the data;
4. The power system adopts Panasonic digital AC server to control the AC servo motor with high response frequency, which ensures the high efficiency of the transmission system, smooth transmission, low noise, and the speed accuracy can be controlled within ±0.5%.
