Sheet to Sheet Grinding Machine (Dry Type)

No. 4 Dry type Grinding Machine works similarly with No.4 Wet Type Grinding Machine, Except that there is no Oil Nozzles in the inlet & Outlet. So instead of the Oil Recycling System in the Wet Grinding Machine, Dust Collection System is installed in this machine to remove the dust caused by Dry Type Grinding.

Another Distinction is that Dry Type Grinding Machine is without HL Grinding Unit that is optional in wet type grinding line.
So In this case, only Dry type No.3 (Coarse Finishing, Abrasive Grain from G60 to G320) or No.4 (Fine Finishing, Most Popular, abrasive grain from G320 Or above) can be grinded by this machine.

Sheet to Sheet Grinding Machine (Dry Type) is composed of: Inlet, Outlet and Intermediate Roller Table, Short line (No.3 or No.4) Grinding Unit, Dust Collection Unit, Laminator as well as Electrical Control System.

Work Pieces: Stainless Steel Sheets or Plates of all grades
Useful thickness: 0.5~~3MM
Useful Length: 1,000~~2,500MM
Useful Width: <=1,219MM, or <=1,550MM
Transmitting Speed: 5~~18M/Min

Non-Standard Machine will be made upon Request.
Application:

Dry No.4 is coarser and a little rougher than Oil Type since no Oil Media is used in Grinding.
Typical Applications include: elevator, escalator, interior cladding, building facades, Home Appliance, Etc.
Further treatment is also done upon Dry Type No.4 Surface, PVD Color, Etched Pattern, Anti-Finger Print Processing, To name a few, are the most common one.
