Feature
1. Foundation installation exemption, simplifying installation process by ridding of the conventional 3-leg suspension structure; foundation platform is the working platform, convenient for operation and maintenance;
2. Reasonable structure design can effectively eliminate the sanitation dead corner with all the welding lines polished. The internal and external surface is all made of stainless steel and is polished and passivating treated by acid cleaning;
3. The outer cover is wide-open flip cover (optional: partly open flip cover), easy for material feeding and perfect in air-tightness; the cover is equipped with feeding inlet, sluicing pipe, explosion-proof light and viewing mirror, etc., for spot monitoring of the whole feeding, separation and laundry process.
4. The vibration isolator connected to the flat plate activates the total absorption of the energy resulting from vibration of centrifuge, incurring no shock disturbance to the foundation ground or nearby environment.
5. All the fastening pieces are made of stainless steel and sealed with silicon rubber. It can be fitted with cleansing and sprinkling system, complying with GMP standard.
Application
It is applicable to the filtrating of suspension containing granules and also be used for the dehydration of fiber substances and especially applicable to the filtrating of materials of high viscosity and fine granules as well as toxic and flammable materials. It has found wide applications in such trades as chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry, etc. for example: gypsum, thiamine, mirabilite, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dye, plastic raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resins, food salt, sodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar-making, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicide, insecticide, the dehydration of such mineral fines as copper, zinc, aluminum, etc.
