Working Princible
The crushing chamber of this machine is composed of multiple rows of moving needles on a moving plate and multiple rows of static needles on a static plate. The moving needles and static needles are regularly staggered. During work, air and material enter at the same time. After the material enters the center of the crushing chamber through the quantitative feeder, the high-speed rotating moving plate transfers centrifugal force to the material. The material is accelerated and moves towards the outer edge of the moving plate. The material particles are crushed between the moving needle and the static needle.

Performance & Characteristics
1. The processing capacity is large, the processing capacity per hour is 1-15 tons (calculated as dry corn);
2. The wear is small, mainly due to the mutual impact of the materials themselves, so it is durable;
3. High yield. The impact of materials on each other causes separation of skin and embryo, which improves the yield of starch materials;
4. Can be wet processed or dry produced;
5. Simple structure and easy cleaning.

Scope of Application
It can crush various dry and wet materials and powders, various phosphates, pigments, resins, sintered minerals and other fragile materials that are not adhered to, and some heat-sensitive materials can also be crushed without loss.
