The bag integrity tester produced by Beijing Neuronbc,:BGT-100 is based on the pressure drop test principle. The method is based on the program of ASTM F2095-01, which compliance with GAMPs and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. with authority management and electronic signature, value support, including IQ, OQ, PQ and SOP.
With years of experience in integrity testing and mature pressure drop testing methods, BGT-100 has the following futures:
1. Simple operation, accuracy ,reliable test result
2. The instrument adopts a small amount of frequent air inlet mode, with uniform inlet velocity in bag, to avoid bag deformation.
3. Color touch screen and humanized interface design, according to different test parameters, for automatic selection and matching most adaptive to the current gloves test procedure, date and time display
4. Portable, and easy to connect
5. Historical records can print, storage and query
