Screen Control Panel: #Touch screen is made from Delta(Taiwan) brand PLC control system and operation panel.
#AUTONICS(Korea) brand temperature controller,high flexiable shielded cable,output stability.

Electrical Components:
#Homag(Germany) brand original driver,double protection and never hurt board.
#Delta(Taiwan) brand inverter,power-off protecton.

Glue mechanism:
The glue pot is made of imported special ball bearing,high hardness and super wear-resistant material rubber box,the stripping shaft is patent design.Adhesive surface almost up to 99.999%, glue output can be adjusted.

Pre-milling:
Trim the chipping and burrs caused by processing to achieve better trimming effects.

End trimming:
It has a head-to-head collision protection function to enhance the head-to-head stability.
Fine/Rough trimming:
Repair and remove the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the edge band of the processed board. Achieve fast cutting, making the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate smooth .
Scrapping:
Eliminates sub-wave marks caused by non-linear cutting processes during trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and neater.
Buffing: New mechanism solves the problem that the commonly used mechanism in the market is not easy to adjust and change the wheel in the wear of the polishing wheel. The new mechanism can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel.
