Gusu Machinery TYJ Series Chocolate Enrober is specified equipment used for enrobing chocolate on the surface of products such as candies, cakes and bisciuts, etc. Using this machine, you can make various unique flavors.
1) Both the material tank and mesh belt can be pulled out for cleaning, to facilitate the coating of different colors of chocolate.
2) Standard cooling tunnel is in single-layer structure (direct cooling), custom cooling tunnel available in double or triple layer construction (indirect cooling).
3) Belt with automatic tightening structure. All belt rollers, clamping rollers, drive rollers and correction rollers are easy to remove and easy to clean. Double sensors are used on both sides of cooling tunnel correction to avoid belt damage and extend service life. 4) Siemens PLC Control, bottom coating or full coating is flexibly controlled. Chocolate Enrober can control coating thickness and quantity more better, making coating more homogeneous.
