This Automatic Bottle Neck Cutting Machine can be used for plastic cans, wine cups, pharmaceutical and daily used products. The suitable cutting material can be PE, PET, PC, PVC, PP and other plastics, In short, it will be ideal choice for your cutting solutions.
The cutting machine adopts the automatic rotary cutting method, which is an upgrade and transformation of the traditional cutting method. It has high precision, and the out-of-roundness can reach ±5s, which saves labor costs and is fast (up to 5000-6000 pieces per hour). The soft contact method protects the bottle mouth without producing burrs, and the cut surface is smooth, beautiful and hygienic.
Steps of operation
Step1: Customize PET bottle mold, and blow the bottles out using PET bottle mould machine.
Step2: Put the PET bottle into the first ring of the cutting machine. Cut the head part of the bottle.
Step3: Put the PET bottle into the second ring of the cutting machine. Cut the neck of the bottle.
Step4: Cut the bottle successfully and take out the formed bottle. The mouth is smooth.
