Product Introduction
The turret milling machine, also known as the rocker arm milling machine, boasts exceptional versatility and compact design. Featuring a structure that is small in size yet high in flexibility, the milling head can rotate 90 degrees horizontally and 45 degrees vertically. Its rocker arm can extend, retract, and pivot a full 360 degrees on the horizontal plane, significantly enhancing the machine's operational range.
Build Quality
Constructed from high-grade cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine ensures superior precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform utilizes rectangular guide rails for optimal contact and rigidity. These rails are high-frequency treated and finely ground, with the slide plastinated to guarantee excellent motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy, is equipped with precision angular contact bearings and undergoes tempering and fine grinding, providing robust cutting force and high precision.
Applications
As a lightweight, versatile metal cutting machine, the turret milling machine offers both vertical and horizontal milling functionalities. It is perfect for milling flat surfaces, inclined planes, grooves, and splines on medium and small parts. Mechanical Features of Turret Milling Machine
The casting is made of Mihanna cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity, deformation resistance, and stability.
The main shaft, crafted from chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and grinding. Combined with precision bearings, it guarantees strong cutting force and superior accuracy.
The milling head gearbox, made of cast iron, offers impressive rigidity, minimal deformation, heavier gravity, and more precise cutting, making the milling head exceptionally durable.
The screw cap on the three-axis screw is constructed from advanced phosphorus bronze, offering exceptional wear resistance and extended service life.
The XY-axis slide undergoes high-wave heat treatment for excellent wear resistance, enhancing its service life. The interface is fitted with an imported wear-resistant plate for easy operation and longevity.
Equipped with a comprehensive lubrication system, the machine ensures uniform oil distribution across all slide points for smooth operation.
This machine is 100 kg heavier than similar products, providing added stability.
Powered by a 5hp motor, the turret milling machine features a high-rigidity and precision NT40 spindle, suitable for large parts and heavy-duty cutting.
