Efficiently, both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously in one clamping, simplifying manual operations, boosting output, and reducing processes. The second spindle offers comprehensive turning capabilities, allowing for concurrent workpiece expression during machining, thus minimizing cycle times.
1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: Employing a magnetic ringtypeincremental encoder (Sine and cosine) with a positioning accuracy of 20 arc seconds and C-axis indexing accuracy of 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminating spindlevibrations,the deflection accuracy at the nose end is maintained within 0.002mm,significantly improving the workpiece surface finish.
A rear-mounted rotor simplifies installation and maintenance.
Equipped with a cooling system, the spindle motor maintains a consistent working temperature, minimizing thermal displacement. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balance testing, ensuring excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and efficiency. Suitable for both finishing and heavy-duty rough machining, it excels in mass production of complex shapes and high-finish products.product.
2. High-rigidity integral servo power turret: Featuring rapid and precise tool changing capabilities, the turret employs a high-rigidity BMT interface and is driven by a servo spindle motor for power transmission.
3. The machine incorporates THK linear guide rails and ball screws. Heat-treated and precision-ground, these components ensure optimal precision and durability. Each axis features a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, minimizing thermal displacement and significantly enhancing machining accuracy. High-rigidity, large-sized, heavy-duty linear slide rails maintain machine accuracy under impact, ensuring smooth displacement and low noise, thereby extending service life.
4. Standard configuration with FANUC system: The feed drive utilizes a FANUC servo motor for superior performance.
