Mobile Concrete Mixing Pump The CPM30D Concrete Pump and Mixer mixing conveyer is equipped with agitation and transportation functions. The agitation system utilizes a self-fall type bi-pyramid to reverse discharging mechanism, while the hydraulic system employs a double cylinder piston type with electrical and hydraulic control. The S valve assignment form enhances efficiency and performance.
Main Parts The main engine consists of the hydraulic system, electric system, pump system, mixing mechanism, distributing valve, running gear, cowling, rack, and transfer pipeline. The hydraulic system includes the main oil route system, distributing valve oil system, and mixing oil system. The main oil route system comprises an oil filter, ram pump, electromagnetism distributing valve, electromagnetism overflow valve, check valve, main oil cylinder, and pipeline appendix. The distributing valve oil system includes an oil filter, electromagnetism distributing valve, oil cylinder, and pipeline appendix. The electric system consists of the electromotor, AC contact device, air switch, and push-button switch.
