Double-effect Forced Circulation Evaporator for Calcium Chloride Concentration
Equipment: Double-effect forced circulation evaporator;
Process: forced circulation type and countercurrent flow;
Application: calcium chloride solution concentration, from 35% to 68% minimum;
Treatment capacity: 6,000kg/h;
Fabricate material: product wetted parts adoptTA9/TA10/TA2, non wetted parts adopt SS316L or carbons steel per actual need;
Heating medium: ≥1.3Mpa (G) saturated live steam.
Project Description
A double-effect countercurrent forced circulation evaporator is adopted for calcium chloride concentration, and the calcium chloride solution is concentrated from 35% to 68%minimum. After concentration, the calcium chloride liquor is flaked by a rotary cooling flaker, and then is dried in a fluidized bed dryer, and calcium chloride dihydrate and calcium chloride anhydrous can be obtained alternatively.
Process technology
A Double-effect countercurrent forced circulation evaporator completed with a final falling film concentrator is adopted, concentrating calcium chloride solution from 35% to 68% minimum, and then the concentrated 68% calcium chloride liquor is cooled and dried.
Dehydration of calcium chloride is very difficult, as the boiling point of a saturated calcium chloride solution at atmospheric pressure is around 170℃. The heating medium adopted is 1.3Mpa (G) saturated live steam.
Equipment Description
1 set of double-effect countercurrent forced circulation evaporator and complete with a final falling film concentrator, is able to meet the following demands:
1). the calcium chloride liquid is concentrated from 35% to 68% minimum, meeting the requirement of cooling flaker process after;
2). All components in the plant are well designed to ensure safety in production.
3). The forced circulation evaporator system can effectively prevent the blocking risk of heat exchange tubes caused by calcium chloride solution of high concentration, and can slow the formation of scaling on the heat exchange surface at the mean time, improve the heat transfer efficiency, increase the continuous operation time of equipment, and reduce the cleaning frequency;
4). The main configuration of the plant is as below:
a. One set of Double-effect countercurrent forced circulation evaporator;
b. One set of final falling film concentrator;
c. One set of heat recovery system recovering heat from calcium chloride liquor and condensate water;
d. One set of PLC control system.
