This machine is specially designed for effervescent tablet counting, aluminum foil wrapping,Tube bottle filling and labelling. It comply with GMP requirement. It is widely used in foodstuff, pharmaceutical, chemical industries etc. Tablets arrangement is made by vibration and counting, filling are controlled by PLC. When the effervescent tablet fall into the tube, it rotate with high speed to make it fall horizontally one by one and accuracy reaches 100%.
Structure of the machine: Tube bottle auto-feeding, auto- counting and auto-capping, labelling etc. It is simple to operate and maintenance.
