Vertical machining center 850 refers to a machine tool with a spindle perpendicular to the worktable. This model of workbench is rectangular and has no indexing rotation function. It is suitable for processing disk, sleeve, and plate parts, with three linear motion coordinate axes. A four axis rotary table that rotates along the horizontal axis can be installed on the workbench to process spiral parts.
The vertical machining center 850 can filter impurities and moisture from the gas source, preventing impure gas from damaging and corroding machine tool components. The electromagnetic valve group is controlled by PLC program to ensure that actions such as spindle loosening, spindle center blowing, spindle clamping, and spindle air cooling can be quickly and accurately completed. The machine tool adopts a protective room that meets safety standards, which not only prevents coolant splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail is equipped with protective covers to prevent chips and coolant from entering the interior of the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
