TANK 210

TANK series plasma cutting power sources, using the self-developed Smart Protection technology, can provide the torch and consumables more efficient and safer protection, and with the updated IGBT inverter technology, can provide much better stability and reliability. The unique structure of the separate control box from plasma power source is easy for operate. Assembled with HC series plasma torch, it can reach best cutting quality and efficiency, and bigly reduce the using cost.
Safety and Reliability:
Obtains the multi-protection for voltage, air pressure and water pressure as well as the self-protection for plasma torch which provide with safer and more reliable operation.
Energy-saving and High-productivity:
TANK series' productivity will be 12% higher than CUT series. Cutting Speed is increased by 30%, and consumable's life time is increased by 50%.
Labor-saving and Timesaving:
Smart Protection TM technology constantly monitors the consumption of electrode. When electrode is used out, the protection will start so as to avoid the burning of the torch. With Smart Protection TM technology, operators can free their hands, and do other jobs during cutting.
Application of Multi-functions:
TANK Series plasma power sources obtain the switch function between Dry Cutting and Water Mist Cutting, also both air and oxygen can be used for plasma cutting. Correspondent function can be used according to different material and cutting quality requirement.
Easy Installation and Easy Operation:
The separate structure of Control Box and Main Power Source enables the installation to be easy, and it only needs to install the the Control Box on the gantry CNC cutting machine and uses one control cable to communicate between the Control Box and the Main Power Source. The Control Box moves with the CNC cutting machine, it provides the convenience for worker's control and operation.

Q1: Can I get a samples to check the quality?A:Sure,we can supply samples. For regular goods, the sample cost is different from the amountyou want.For our new products, there's a MOQ of the samples.
Q2: Can I put my logo on the boxes/cartons?A: Yes, this can be made according to your requirements, but you should send us the trademarkauthorization letter.
Q3: How can you guarantee your products quality ?A: Our each torch must pass the following tests before packing: Insulation resistance test,High voltage test,Air/Water flow test, Air/Water seal test.If there are defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in the next shipment.
Q4: What's the order procedure?A: Firstly, we discuss the details together by e-mail or TM. Then we issue you a PI for yourconfirmation or Trade Assurance Order Payment Link. You will be requested to do the pre-paid fullpayment before we go into the production. After we get the payment, we start to process the order.It usually takes 5-15days if we don't have the items in stock.
