The Working Flow of Deionized Water Machine
1. Pre treatment cartridge
consists of 5um PP fiber filter + Activated Carbon filter;
5um PP fiber filter: Remove particals above 5 um, e.g. rust,sediments,Seaweed, suspended matter;
Activated carbon filter: Absorb odor, pigment, residual chlorine;
2. RO Membrane
It has high removal rate more than 98% for high valent ions, colloids, bacteria and organic matter (including endotoxin) with molecular weight greater than 300Dalton.
3. Ultrapure polishing resin cartridge
Ion exchange resin using H + exchange cation out the water in the filter ,using OH- exchange anions out the water, the replaced H + and OH- combined to produce H2O, ultra-purified column filling Rohm and Haas Ultra-pure water for nuclear grade resin, the water resistance is up to 18.25 MΩ.cm.
