High Speed PVC Mixer Machine
Characteristics:
SRL-Z Series Mixer units are widely used for mixing, drying, and coloring for all kinds of plastic resin such as PVC , PE, PP. They can also be applied in drying of engineering plastic such as, ABS, PC, etc. This unit is composed of heating and cooling mixers. Hot material from heating mixer is fed into cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid burning.
1) It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other processing. It is the most ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastics pipes.
2) The technology of the main shaft sealed apparatus has got the state patent and it has two functions of electric and steam heating.
3) Two layers of sealing technology is adopted in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixed cover adopted the airopening device and the opening of the cooling mixed cover adopted hydraulic pressure control system.
4) The electric control section with the programmable logic control adopted wellknown imported meters and control components.
6) The blades have been passed the test of the dynamic and static balance testing machine

Material Pot body adopt δ10mm SUS304 stainless steel which has very good smooth and rigid surface with features of wearable, corrosion resisting, heat resisting, no-stick with raw material
Hot mixer cover material adopt ZL102 casting aluminum with polished surface
Hot and cooling mixer open adopt cylinder pneumatic drive; the main shaft of hot and cold mixer adopt NSK brand which has features of reliable stable working performance.
Material Hot and cooling sealing adopt silicon rubber sealing with reliable sealing effect and not deformation even at high temperature. Stirring paddle past dynamic balance testing which lower noise and improve lifespan
