·Applicable workpieces: medium frequency induction heating for metal exhibition pipes such as steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, thick walled steel pipes, and square pipes.
Power supply system: Dual rectifier 12 pulse or 24 pulse 1000-10000KW/200-2500HZ, single power supply can be used independently or multiple power supplies can be used in parallel.
·Feeding system: Each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; Flexible design of differential output, segmented control of operating speed.
·Guidance system: using 304 non-magnetic stainless steel guide wheels, high-precision digital encoder automatically locates different workpiece heights.
Temperature closed-loop system: Yuanzhe's unique feedforward+feedback joint control method automatically matches the power supply range based on the inlet temperature and position, and further corrects the power value based on the outlet temperature feedback system.
Formula management function: A powerful formula management system that automatically calls relevant parameters after inputting the steel grade, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to be produced, eliminating the need to manually record, view, and input the required parameter values for various workpieces.
