4 rolls plate rolling machine, driven by the top roll, single unit high torque hydraulic motorand planetary gear box are directly mounted onto each driving roll to ensure a smoothfeed through of the plate, the bottom roll can be vertically moved to clamp the plate, theside rolls move up and down on planetary swing guides, all four rolls uses pherical rollerbearings, the advantage of this machine is that it can complete the pre-bending of bothends and rolling at one time. it can also perform certain shaping and leveling on the metalsheet, and smallest flat ends.
Characteristics:
1. CNC independent operation system designed by ourself can be used for rolling differ-ent shapes, such as round, elipse, multi-section curvature arc etc. Which is easy to learnand operate.
2. Top roller is driven by hydraulic motor and planetary gear box, bottom and side rollersare driven by hydraulic cylinder.
3. Frames are made of fully welded steeland stress relieved before machining to have su-fficient strength to absorb bending forces and to achieve highest possible accuracy.
4. There are two kinds of treatment methods of working rollers, first quenching and temp.ering to make strength reach HB260-300, then quenching to hardness reach HRC45-55adopts second-level flaw detection standards.
5. Equipped with electronic synchronization system, when rollers move up and down, ba-lance is synchronized and compared, and there is a working balance at the end, no offset.easy operate,high precision.
6.Permanent lubrication technology (no oil needed during bearings life).7.Adjustable clamp pressure(no slipping, productivity is 50%-80% more than 3 roll).8. Convenient material alignment, one-phase forming, easy rolling of large taper cone. lt isconvenient to correct the wrong side.
