BF-03 kinematic viscometer is applicable to the determination of kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products(Newton fluid), its unit is mm2/s.
BF-03 kinematic viscometer has the features of elegant appearance, reasonable design structure, ease of use and accurate measurement.
Standard Description
Under certain constant temperature, measure the flowing time of certain volume liquid, which flows past certain distance in the glass capillary viscometer in gravity, this flowing time multiplied by capillary constant of viscometer becomes kinematic viscosity of the liquid under that temperature.
Apparatus Installation
1.Carefully remove wrap after unpacking apparatus, check apparatus accessories against package list and make sure they are complete and undamaged.
Note: If apparatus accessories incomplete or damaged, please contact our company in time.
2.Steadily place bath vessel and heat preservation cover between base and upper cover, regulate apparatus foundation bolts and turn upper cover of constant-temp heating bath to horizontal state.
3.Connect power source of each part of apparatus.
4. After installing constant-temp heating bath successfully, fill it with medium.
Note: The medium inside constant-temp heating bath must be filled higher than heating pipe to avoid "burn in air".
5.Turn on power source, set the needed temperature of constant-temp heating bath and make sure motor operates normally.
Caution: Upon turning on power source, temperature control system starts operating, so power source can only be turned on after the constant-temp heating bath filled with medium.Package list
