Q1.Are you a factory or trading co.,?
We have 2 factories located in Shantou city China, which have more than 100 workers totally
Q2.What's your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal. The normal payment term is 50% deposit before production, and 50% balance before shipment.
Q3. How much will the shipping freight be?
A: The shipping freight depends on the weight & packing size of each order and your area.
Q4.Could you make OEM/ODM design?
We are specialized in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo,Packing and even design according to the customer's requests.
Q5.About Sample
If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers’ design and requirements.Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order order reaches our MOQ.
